 Ingredients: 

  • 180g (6.35 oz) all-purpose flour
  •  33g (1.16 oz) cocoa powder
  •  1 teaspoon salt
  •  1 teaspoon baking powder
  •  ½ teaspoon baking soda
  •  ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  •  100g (3.5 oz) chocolate chips
  •  3 bananas ( If they are not ripe enough, bake them at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes to soften )
  •  2 eggs
  •  100g (3.5 oz) vegetable oil
  •  1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •  150g (5.3 oz) brown sugar

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Wet Ingredients 
  1. Text conMash the bananas: In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas thoroughly using a fork or potato masher until smooth.
  2. Add the eggs: Crack in the two eggs and whisk them into the mashed bananas. 
  3. Incorporate the oil, sugar, and vanilla: Add the vegetable oil, brown sugar, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture. Stir well until all ingredients are combined and smooth.tent

 Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients 
  1.  In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients:
    •  Add the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder.
    •  Mix in the salt, baking powder, baking soda ,and cinnamon powder.
  2. Fold in the chocolate chips and stir until evenly distributed.
 Step 3: Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients 
  1. Gradually pour the wet banana mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients. 
  2. Mix gently but thoroughly until no dry streaks of flour remain. Avoid overmixing to ensure a tender texture.

  1. Grease a loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
 Step 5: Bake the Banana Bread

  2. Place the loaf pan in the oven and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
